Disclosure Statement

For the purpose of full transparency, it should be noted that Fenchurch Faris Limited, Jordan, is currently considered a potential investor in Akkad Digital Bank, Iraq. The company has expressed its intention to invest in the bank and has submitted the required KYC documentation, together with its financial statements for the last three years.

However, its participation remains subject to the final review and approval of the Central Bank of Iraq. As of the date of this disclosure, Fenchurch Faris Limited has not yet paid its proposed capital contribution as reflected in the Akkad Two-Year Capital Injection Plan.
